The Convention of Convenating Churches (the3cs.org) is an international, multiracial, multi denominational Christian organization consisting of member churches.The organization embraces the visionary aspiration of the meeting the whole need of the whole man." The headquarters of the organization is located at 2057 Long Beach Boulevard, in the City of Long Beach, California.

Bishop Napoleon D. Rhodes is the founder, Chairman and Chief Apostle of the organization. Twelve Jurisdictional Bishops comprise the General Governing Board. In addition to having direct responsibility for ministry establishment and development within several states and and/or continents, each Jurisdiction Bishop serves in the capacity of one of the following offices: Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer-Controller, Director of Education, Director of Media Relations and Expansion, Director of Child Evangelism Juvenile Relations, Director of Public Relations.

The Convention of Covenanting Churches is also staffed by State Bishops throughout America and foreign countries.

The primary purpose of the Convention of Covenanting Churches is to foster Christian fellowship and support among member churches, and to assist each in their individual effort of spreading the good news of the Gospel to every living soul. The organization further pursues to establish and maintain Christian churches, schools, colleges and universities, that will teach the Word of God while preparing ministers, educators, businessmen, skilled workers and technicians to go forth and be living epistles for the Lord, and to be a council of safety for each other until the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

At the very heart of The Convention of Covenanting Churches outreach is character development and the promotion of ministerial effectiveness. The organization is forever seeking God's guidance in developing positive methods of ministry while relying wholeheartedly on the Holy Spirit anointing to propagate those methods. It is 3C's belief as the Holy Scripture says, "the anointing destroys the yoke."

Bishop Eddie Jernagin of Los Angles, California, presides as the Jurisdictional Bishop of Jurisdiction four, which covers the following states and canadian provinces: West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa and the following Provinces of Canada: Manitoba, Pen, Padlei, King Williams, and Boothia.

Bishop Jernagin also serves as Director of Media Relations and Publications. Dr. Jernagin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education, Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies, and Doctor of Ministry Degree.He is the author of the following books: "Faith Building Exhortations," "Man's Inheritance," and "Fulfilling Your Purpose." Bishop Jernagin has traveled extensively throughout America, and several foreign countries, blazing the trail of evangelism.
